Ireland's National P/V kilt Pictures
The kilt arrived today, not much jonesing since it only got mailed out yesterday. I guess that is the advantage of living just a few hours away huh. The kilt is great, the colors are better than any pictures can show but here are a few to show you what it looks like.

I would like to thank Rocky again for ordering the great tartan and making another perfect kilt.
Now I have to go change, my wife has informed me that since it is a Christmas gift from my parents that I can't wear it again for eleven days. Let the new jonesing begin.

That looks nice. I would love to get one myself, but the DW isn't convinced.

Keith, nice! Is the minor stripe a shade of orange? Can't tell on my monitor, looks more red on one pc and more orange on another.
The kilt concealed a blaster strapped to his thigh. Lazarus Long

Nice looking kilt! Very appropriate that you are wearing your Christmas present by the Christmas tree. Wear it well even if it is a few days away.

Can we vote more than once? If you win, do you get to acquire new kilts? Hey, anything to help out a brother.

Wow!! MY Ireland's National semi-trad arrived today. It IS beautiful. Thanks Rocky! A mere five weeks from order to receipt here in the boonies.
I gotta tell you folks, if you have any Irish blood in you at all you gotta take a good look at this tartan.

I've really been jonesing for a new kilt for awhile. I've been saving $$$ to move to NC and buy a house so my kilt purchases have been cut off for a while (my wife, bless her, did get me a Freelander sporran to ease the pain a couple of months back).
I'm not particularly Irish or Scottish (though I know there is some of both scattered all over my family tree) but it's a really fetching tartan.
