Barley Juice - "I'm in Love With A Priest" (before anyone cracks a joke, listen to the lyrics!)
Enter The Haggis (gotta support my homeboys!) - version of "Donald, Where's Your Troosers?"
Great Big Sea - "The Old Black Rum", "Lukey's Boat"
and an Irish classic, if ever there was...."Whiskey In The Jar" by any number of great artists (my fav has to be Thin Lizzy's)

Another vote for BarleyJuice, they've got quite a few, and also the Oysterband has some fun songs. One last drink by Enter the Haggis

How can I not love a song with lyrics like:
"Ken, he died in Kilkenny
And Claire she died in Claire
Darren died in Derry
Taking in the Derry air."
and
"My only hope is when
The Good Lord comes for me and you
He kills the cast of Riverdance
And Michael Flattley, too."
...it's a PARODY, folks...it's meant to be funny...don't take it seriously...Mr. Flattley is obviously still alive...

Glad to see another DVN fan here. On my autographed copy of Brontosaurus, however, the lyric is:
"Ken, he died in Kilkenny
And Claire she died in Clare
Tip from Tipperary died
Out in the Derry air."
I think my favorite one is,
"Me crazy Uncle Mike,
He thought he was a leprechaun,
But in fact, he's just a leper
And his arms and legs are gone."
