Well, as I mentioned, while I can't make it to Charlotte, I will be in Hendersonville on the 20th, for the book sale. Will probably hit Hannah Flannigan's pub for a bite and a pint around lunchtime, if anyone wants to meet up. It'll be my first kilted outing, and I'm looking forward to it
Let me know if anyone's interested and will be in the Hendersonville area...

I think if we do a weekend, it should be on a Friday or Saturday. I can't make it on sundays, as I have school in the morning and I can't drive past 9 pm.

For the moment, weekends are fine for me. I've not added a second job into the mix or anything weird. But we need to make a call soon or this is a pointless discussion.
So vote time.
Friday Oct. 3 (supper somewhere)
Saturday Oct 4 (luncheon or supper)
Sunday Oct 5 (lunch or mid afternoon thing to early supper where we part company at 7:30pm).

What happened to Sunday 09/28? I'll watch for "the vote" and let you know if I can make it. Thanks for trying to put this together.

Another Kilt Night Date
Another date for a kilt night is Friday Nov. 7th. Grade 5 winning pipe band Wake and District Pipes & Drums is holding their annual Tartan Ball. The Chcago Police Emerald Society pipe band is coming down and is going to give a big show there also. Lots of prizes, food, and drink. Guaranteed to be a great time. There is a limit of 400 tickets to be sold. Oh yeah, it's at the Downtown Raleigh Sheraton Hotel. Then Sat. from 3:00 to 9:00 the pub just down the street, Tir Na' Nog, is holding a Celtic Christmas and the pipe bands are there also. It's goin to be a big weekend!
