I voted for no.4 but no.2 was a very close second.
The colors and the history attached to no.4 were my reasons to vote for it. As for no.2 I just like the look of the tartan.
I have always tempered my killing with respect for the game pursued. I see the animal not only as a target but as a living creature with more freedom than I will ever have. I take that life if I can, with regret as well as joy, and with the sure knowledge that nature's ways of fang and claw or exposure and starvation are a far crueler fate than I bestow. - Fred Bear

Oh....DARN ANOTHER kilt to buy! Shucks! ;-)

Former Chicagoan tossing my 2 bits on the table. I like #4, but think they'd ALL look good with a Chicago Police leather jacket.

YEAH!!! FINALLY!!! #4 looks best to me I can see it as a kilt easily...I've been looking everywhere else for a tartan of my home town!!! Born Chicagoan, now a Houstonian...dont hold that against me folks, cut me and I bleed Cubs Blue and Blackhawks Red!!! Looking forward to getting this for sure! As for a kilt pin design how about a crossed "broken" baseball bat and a tommy gun under a "crown" thats a pair of brass knuckles... the wierd ideas keep coming...a sporran made from bear skin that has a bear claw as a flap????

Well, Brewboy, this thread has come back to life. Looks like we need to forge ahead with trying to get this moving.

Born and raised on in Wrigleyville, so I'm definately interested. #2 or #4 would be great!

I haven't read all the responses, but Aldisimo hit it right on the head. Other than #4, they all look like tartan breeches on a Chistmas Santa doll to me.

But then, I'm not too crazy about any red tartans although I own one myself.

I saw Brewboy last night and he said it would probably take a while. We would need to get it voted on in the city council and he's too busy right now to promote it.
