This year the Ferintosh Burns Suppers were held i' the Globe Inn... the Globe is 401 years auld this year (est. 1610- no many pubs this auld still left) The Globe is the pub Robert Burns penned wuz his "Favourite Howff".. an' Burns wuz a regular in the Globe... his "Poet's Chair", the room he stayed in, an' the original dining room arr still intact...
