The Groomsman
It has come out very well again.
Of particular pride are the sporran loops and the top band. Now to ship it before the postal workers strike.

What sporran loops?
;)
Excellent job, well done! Can't wait to see pics in action.
Cheers,

Update
For anyone following this thread, I unfortunately cut my left index finger tip pretty badly yesterday and I'll have to take some time off from sewing. I hope to be back at it in a week rather than fall behind schedule again.

The pleats are sharp, but they're not quite that sharp.

I just got a call from my Step Mother who is a bit of a dressmaker herself. She raved at the quality of the kilts and praised me up and down. Feels good. I imagine it'll feel even better to see the lads finely attired on wedding day. I'm chuffed!

X,
You're doing an AWESOME job on these. If I'd only known they would be this good when you originally sent the email asking for people to go in on a bolt. I'm going to look so different from C&N in my HoE Muted old and rare.
Oh well, it's a skill you'll always have, and I'm a brother you'll always have. I'm sure there will be opportunities in the future.
Can you make a pair of hose flashes for Breton? He's got a clanranald kilt for the wedding, but no flashes. Is Marlow wearing the whole Bonnie Prince Costly getup? If so, let me know so I can get a reasonable facsimile for Breton.
Fly plaid looks amazing. I will keep it under wraps and not tip off the bro.
Really looking forward to seeing you guys at the wedding. It's been far too long.
Elliott

I'll look different from them in my custom colours as well. We can tease them for looking too much alike. "Were your kilt's cut from the same bolt or something"?
Thanks for the kind words. I'm sure looking forward to seeing all you guys too.
