    Lads in Plaids Making Waves

    Hell-o all,

Today in the business section of one of our local papers (The Denver Post) is an article about a water company named Highland Water who as of yesterday is requiring all of its employees to don the kilt.

Granted the owner of the company did call it a uniform, but he said he is glad to be wearing a kilt as is his 14 year old son.

All in all a fairly good article.

How cool is that! I wonder if they'd pay well enough for me to quit my job up here and immigrate to the Denver area. Hmmmmmmm...

    Glen:

Possible job opportunity for ya? I'm thinking I'm in the wrong city. Maybe I should move to Denver and start working for Highland Water... ;-)

    Oh man, what a bummer!

I was hoping to be the first to open a business where the uniform would be a kilt.

    KiltedCodeWarrior will love this one!

    I wonder...

I love wearing my kilts, and I wish I could wear them at work, but I am wondering, isnt it just as wrong to tell someone they MUST wear a kilt as it is to tell someone they MAY NOT wear a kilt?

In each case the same set of circumstances apply.

Different set of circumstances. In this case the kilt is part of the company uniform.
