What a perfect vehicle to ride around in while wearing a saffron kilt.

I love the looks of the Saffron kilt... I shall have one eventually.

Jerry needs to also produce an economy version. I have this "master plan" of buying a few of Jerry's heavy kilts for "dress" and his economy kilts for "casual" or every day.

I have both the Weather Lamont and the Irish Saffron. To me they feel the same weight. I think they are both 13 oz. I noticed that the Lamont is about an inch longer for some reason. It's the longest of all my SWKs.

Hey NewKilt and Bjcustard, how about some pics of the SW Saffron Kilt?

The photo from the SW site is great, but I'd really like to see more of it.

It's pushing its way up to the top of my list and it might just make it if it looks as good in a real picture as it does in the store site.

I'll post some pics tonight if no one else does first. The picture on the site is pretty representative as far as color and construction, but doesn't show the shadow tartan pattern (also, the kilt has no apparent slimming effect, meaning when I wear it, I don't look skinny). Keep in mind that if this is the same weight as other SWK "heavyweights," it's no tank. The fabric is solid and nice, but pretty light weight.

BJ, no offense, I love the pic as it shows the kilt nicely, but I am not sure about the complete black and white combo for the rest of the ensemble. I think that I would try to tie the saffron in more (hard wit that color I know).
