Robertson, I'm glad you enjoyed my singing (I wish you were as enthusiastic about my piping...) but I was actually singing "Donald, Whars Yer Troosers"!!!
But seriously, Lauren and I had an amazing time, we both loved Ferintosh and Dumfries so much and I hope I can return soon!!!
I'll post my (few) photos as soon as I get them organized.

I'll get to the pub crawl, but first I wanted to show these:
Here I am at Caerlaverock Castle.

Patrick (Porrick) and I explored the 14th century castle.

...despite my training, I'm still not ready for the Highland Games.

Sweetheart Abbey.

It was pretty amazing.

Robertson with a fine whisky selection.

Me, Lauren, Naill (Niblox), Patrick (Porrick), and Robertson (Pour1Malt).

The ladies wanted to see some leg.

Robertson knew all the best pubs in Dumfries.

The whisky flowed like...uhh...wine.

What a crawl! Thank you. My brain is on "tartan overload"...I want one of each...particularly David Sr's...hesitate to guess at the tartan but it sure is purty.

Thanks for adding these excellent pics, Gregg.
I'm glad you got the opportunity to include Caerlaverock Castle and Sweetheart Abbey in your visit.
