You know, I never once thought of that when I looked at that photo. It does fit, though!
I'm still a bit in awe that I managed to capture that fellow in that pose. I was shooting with a 300mm lens on my trusty old Minolta 35mm camera that day, and was just snapping away hoping for a good action shot. The print looks much better than the scan. For some reason his kilt looks odd in the scan...almost like the tartan was airbrushed in.

I really liked that last photo...nothing like the low brow to make me laugh.

OK Mike I understand, I feel quite strongly about this subject, everone on this board speaks English, what the point of typing in a regional dialect?, if I went on a forum about native american dress and started typing in the style of Jay Silverheels, Id expect to be censured. If the mods are happy for this to continue the so be it , they do say that imitation is the sincerest form of flatterty. Its nothing personall to anyone on the board, and I dont want people to think Im trying to spoil anyones fun, but I just think its silly. It would be entertaining (for the wrong reasons of course) in a pub in Glasgow for example.

I get a total kick out of the minor decifering i have to do when reading P1M's posts. Sometimes i have to read them twice to get the full context.
It is worth it. I say keep it up P1M
