Anyone can make the pose, good sir, whether said bonnet is made by me, made in Scotland, or in a sweat shop in Pakistan.

The pose is an entity unto itself, and as such, crops up wherever it well may... I just tend to hope that when it crops up there's a camera near by, and that the picture ends up here.
