Palm Springs Kilt Night with Hamish! Saturday April 4th

Panache, The F-HCAG, Way2fractious and I are making out reservations as I type this. That is if Panache ever gets home.

So, yes, as of right now I will be there.

I'll fly into Palm Springs on Fri the 3rd and depart on Sun the 5th.

Let's make this a real event.

Roll Call: The Amazing Madalyne has made hotel reservations for us. Telephoned the manager of a new establishment in Palm Desert who says the doors are opening next Monday - CT and I will forward our report.

I'm in, so's the southern Red. Heck we cruised up 111 just yesterday after scouting houses in La Quinta (found one, gots us a place ta sleep).
I think the Tilted Kilt looks interesting as does the Red.

CT - oooh, that's a rather unpretty part of town in my opin.

I've been to Lyons English Grille, great ambiance (check the pics on their website) food was very good, portions are huge, bar is decent size and separate from the dining room.
Get room reservations in now; Motel 6 is just down the way, advertised for around $74; that's around Easter Break so the rooms will go fast down there.

My plane lands around 5:30pm on Friday. Give me about an hour then look next to the pool for the guy in the Kilt and a Rum & OJ in his hand.

This is last minute (for tomorrow, at least) but if anyone near PS wants to spend the day being a lush . . . I'm degrading myself and going to the opening of Tilted Kilt . . .

Otherwise, Gibbs or anyone else, we do need to go check Lyon's in person and test their beverage delivery systems . . .
