10. What got you started in this in the first place: I was watching "Vanishing Tattoo". That got me hooked on cilts.

Dave, I was suprised that someone else had seen that. Vince Hemmingson is actually the guy that started Kilts Night in Vancouver. He and Thomas used to be a regular addition when it was at the Trap and Gill. Good show, made me want a few more tattoos.

That's wild, I didn't know that. It was quite awhile before I found out the Vince was from Vancouver and has a tattoo shop downtown, I haven't been there yet, but I plan on it.

Good show, made me want a few more tattoos.

What got you started in this in the first place: Interesting story, girlfriend finally proposed to me at Xmas (tired of waiting for me to do it) I said sure if you don't mind me wearing a kilt to the wedding. She said that would be really cool. (who knew?) One thing led to another and I went ahead and ordered one to try out, loved it, bought some more, now I'm hopelessly addicted.
11. Where was the last time/place you wore your kilt? Out to dinner with family tonight at a real redneck cafe.

13. Last person who gave your favorable feedback about your kilt wearing: Yesterday at work, one of my customers said I looked great in a kilt. Actually I guess tonight, My cousin said I was born to wear a kilt.
14. Last person who gave your UNfavorable feedback about your kilt wearing: I don't really remember, I don't usually get negative comments to my face. Apparently though last week a customer told my employee that he won't be doing business with us again after seeing me wearing a kilt at work. I say don't let the door hit you in the ***......

16. What do you like to do OTHER THAN wear/talk about/obsess over kilts: I'm a gun nut (collector/shooter), love tinkering with computers, Pulling people's chains
17. Name one thing you have done that others might think a bit insane (like bungee jumping etc): Out of so many??? Ok, sold all my belongings and took off for Australia for a bit over a year, picked bananas, fished for prawns. There was this one trip to Mexico, but not much room for that story.

10. What got you started in this in the first place: I'm assuming this question refers to wearing kilts, so I'd have to say my lifelong interests in ancestry and history got me started learning about the history and wearing of tartan and kilts.
