No hangovers, just a very late night.
Dinner was wonderful though the restaurant was a bit loud. Turnout was small but a very good group and we did have a lot of fun getting to know each other. Humor set the tone for the evening with good natured teasing (particularly of the one guy who was dressed like us women).
The weather was perfect and the walk down to Falls Park which brought more than a few looks and comments. (All that I heard was good) With a stop for Ice cream and coffee along the way we had a little parade for the four block walk.
It truely is amazing that in the middle of downtown Greenville, there is such a beautiful park with water falls and walking trails. My mom was a bit worn out so we only went onto the bridge and didn't have much of a chance to explore the grounds. But we did have a great time all the same. Pictures, I'm sure will be posted. The guys even did a Hamish pose that is sure to bring a good laugh.
MacWage called as we were headed back from the park. The NC folks had to head home due to the late hour. A few of us stayed around to meet him. I stayed around long enough for mom not to think I was leaving just because of her, then took her on home. Hopefully next time we can set something up on a Saturday where we will have more time.
We will have to plan another kiltnight sometime very soon.

Sorry I missed most of you folks
Let's do it REAL soon. Like next week or the week after! NOW, I should be able to make it.
Inventory went great, though the prep was a KILLER (an 11 hour day, after a LONG week).

Here's the rabble on the neat suspension bridge at the Reedy River Park in Greenville. (L-R) Nixphotography, Tartan Hiker, Mrs. Tartan Hiker, Barclay (dressed like a woman and with rabbit ears), Dreadbelly, soon-to-be Mrs. L'Embaumer, and finally L'Embaumer himself. Tartans (L-R) MacKenzie Dress, MacDonald Modern, Black Watch, and Black Stewart.
A very good time was had by all. Several in the group commented on the lack of negative commentary from the local populace...Nixphotography is 6'5"...even I was very careful about what I said...
