Fear not good sir Panache, the Saltire is safe. For now I'll leave you with this shot of the stately airship moored at the world famous Falafel Drive-in in San Jose, just one of many places she tied up on her way north.

I gotta get down to this part of the board more often. Cool idea...gotta get that puppy airborne over the canyonlands.

If McMath sees the ship needing refueling, after a quick fill might head towards Dallas, then I'm sure Myself, RowdyRed, Lambda, and the rest of the DFW crowd would be more than happy to help her along the journey.

    A Rabble of Two

Well, last evening, the Saltire made its official landing in Langley, BC.

BruceBC made the trek out from Vancouver to experience the Dublin Crossing and to be photographed with the stately airship.

He could not thank me enough for getting him out! We both had a great time chatting with the ladies, listening to the BC Regiment Irish Pipes and Drums and finishing off with some great tunes from Piper Down.

It was a wonderful time of drink sharing, story swapping and general merry-making. BruceBC has assured me that he will DEFINITELY be back. And to those that could not be there, my deepest sympathies.

In the next week or two, the Saltire will head to Victoria for the next leg of its "continuing mission". Cheers all.

That particular tartan is Magnus Michaelis. It is a very rare tartan and only available to those kilted gentlemen of substance who are members of "The 300 Club"...
LOL! I do like it. Kinda sorta reminds USAK's American Heritage tartan--at least it did last night after a few glasses of red red wine...

    Thanks for the info.
