E-Kilts.com
Has anyone heard of this company? They have a shop in Edinburgh as well as an online shop, and they've emailed me asking if I would put a link to their website on my personal kilts web page. I'd like to know a bit about them before I decide. Thanks!

Al, as far as I know they're reputable. Not the cheapest around but I did email them with questions when I first started looking at kilts and their responses were good and reasonably prompt.

That would be great, you should ask them for that!

Playing Devil's advocate here...they are only asking him to add a link to their website, not an advertisement banner. He already has links to other kiltmakers websites. And I doubt they gave him a kilt to put their name on his list.
Sorry Alan, I am not familiar with these folks. Do they make there own kilts or contract it out to one of the mills? At least you know that there are people visiting your sight.

Good point, however Alan could tell them that he only links kiltmaker's that he KNOWS are quality oriented. Perhaps parlay this into at least a discount for said product, so that he knows what he is endorsing.
