    Smile Dickens on the Strand 2015

    Sorry for my long absences on our forum, but working my day job and my sci fi con is keeping me busy...
    Anyway we attended Dickens on the strand in Galveston this weekend, thought I'd share a pic,

    May I ask:
    A, What is " Dickens on the Strand"?
    B, What is so important about the ladies drink that you are defending it with light sabres?
    C, Why is the ladies sash upside down? is she in distress?
    D, Why are there no appropriate Darth Vader smilies on available on the forum
    E, Come to that why are all the smiles undressed I've seen kilted Icons available elsewhere!!!
