    Any Other Kilted Pipe Smokers?

I've been puffing for about fifty years.

These days I favor Peter Stokkebye's Dutch Cavendish. Got lots of pipes, switched to 9mm filter pipes about 17 years ago. Vauen is a favorite brand.

I just had part of my lung removed (I had an infected mass in the lower left lobe, not cancer, but it had been there probably my whole life), so my wife doesn’t want me smoking my pipe (despite the fact that I don’t inhale the smoke). But my favourite blends were English, particularly Frog Morton on the Town, but that doesn’t exist anymore, so I have Sutliff’s Heavy English as my main smoke now.

I have a handful of pipes that I really like for various reasons that I’m hoping to use again soon(ish).

Was a kilted smoker, untill astma set in. Still have the best of my pipes though. Stanwell yearpipes, BBB straight grain, Savinelli Punto Oro, Dunhill ect.
Also have a can of "Early morning pipe", and some latakia personal blend, to sniff to. And sometimes remember the ol times, with a Calabash, a dram, and a good book.
If i get informed, i am on the way "to the next level", those pipes could very well get their second chance...

I've been smoking a pipe for about 10 years but grew up enjoying the perks of being a second hand smoker to my dad's pipe. For some reason, I've got an intolerance for latakia and perique; both of which make me quite ill, so it's black cavendish with my morning coffee, an assortment of aros throughout the day, and then back to black cavendish in the evening after time on my other pipes of the Highland sort.

They say, "Two pipes are enough. Three are never enough." I'm in the same club.

I have three and prefer them over any other configuration.
