Always a good time enjoyed by XMarkers.
The Scottish Society of Fredericksburg is happy to announce that our annual Burns Supper will be held on Saturday, January 31st, 2026.
It will be held at the Holiday Inn Conference Center, 20 Sanford Dr., Fredericksburg, Va. 22406. (Not to be confused with the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fredericksburg, which is nearby at 560 Warrenton Rd.)
Join us for an evening of music, songs and poems to celebrate the life and works of Scotland’s Bard, Robert Burns.
The social hour will begin at 5 o’clock pm, and the festivities will commence at 6 o’clock pm, with the Mary Washington Eagle Pipe Band, joined by Highland Dancers. After which dinner will be served, including haggis, neeps and tatties. More entertainment is provided by DragonFyre and their Welsh Celtic folk music.
Remember to bring cash for our popular raffle which will round out the evening.
The price is $70 for adults and $35 for children.
Seating is limited and reservations are secured by receipt of your payment.
It’s not too early to let me know if you’re coming and to send in your payment, if you want to get it done now. Also if you want to renew your dues at the same time.
