New posts to Traditional Kilt forum not appearing under new posts.

Title says it all. I've replied to a thread, and also started a new thread. Both appear in the Traditional Kilt forum, but neither appear in New Posts or What's New after I submit.

I saw the posts there. I think you just have to wait for someone else to reply.

You mean one cannot see one's own posts under "New"? If that is by intent, I'm not sure what purpose it serves. The old forum didn't do that.

I think that the "What's New" and "New Posts" refer to posts that are new to you. If you've replied or posted something then it isn't new to you so it won't be in these lists.

Agreed but I'm pretty sure the old forum did it too.

If you want to see your own newly made posts, you can see them under "Quick Links" / "Subscribed Threads".
(You are automatically subscribed to any thread you create or reply to.)
