SWK here!
Ordered on the 18th delivered today! That is a freakin' record. I live in Calif. It fits size 44 I lost weight Didn't lose, it removed it It is light weight and maybe exactly what I've been looking for. Now if I can just get over the hump about wearing them on the job. Better place for UKs but, this is only $40! I really don't like basting stitches , but really good at removing them

Congrats. . What's the tartan? Was it Gordon? I can't remember now...
I have a SWK Wallace Econo, and I LOVE it. I actually like it more than the standard I have... but that's just me... I think the only thing they have anymore that I REALLY want is the McLeod Hunting... I think... and a brown sporran...

Ya know, it seems all right, less bulk than the standard. I may wear it to work any way Got all the basting stitches out. It is definately lighter, buckles are less substantial. The stitches do not go down the fell as far as the standard. The liner is a lot shorter. Pretty much it is exactly what I expected from reading the SWK description. I will wear it tomorrow and let you guys know what I think. Right now I'm satisfied! 48 bucks with shipping!

SWK is awesome with shipping. The economies are nice light weight pieces... I find them quite nice on hotter days. Yes, basting stitches ARE evil to remove, but are quite helpful in regards to shipping the garment.

I love my SWK wallace economy. It's light enough for hot weather, and has a great traditional look, which I love. What I would like to see is something like a USA Kilts Casual with velcro closure and dummy-strap/buckle, but that's another thread.
