this is a sporran I made from leather. It has been a long time since I workwed any leather but I was pleased with it.
I really like that bear. (My college mascot was one. ) How did you carve it into the leather?

The tooling on the bear is really nice!

I used an x-facto knife to cut the bear then an edger (I don't know if that is the name of the tool) to hammer down the outside.
Nice sporran. Have you considered adding a bear claw or two? They have reproductions in a hard plastic that may embellish your artwork.
