That's some nice weather you're having out your way Jamie. Been lightly snowing on and off all day here.

You look great as always. ith:

Looks good Jamie, and I'll bet that fish smells good.

    2 lbs of salmon.

1 lb. for my Flame-Haired Celtic Amazon Goddess to bring in tomorrow for a work party and 1 lb. for us! :food-smiley-002:

Oh my god, I am jealous!!! My wife and I love smoked salmon but ususally only have it on special occasions as the good stuff is hard to come by. Lox and bagels is a nice Jewish substitute, though.

Ha, ha!!! You just made me snarf vodka and O.J. onto my keyboard!

    Jay,

Smoked salmon is something the F-H.C.A.G. love with a passion.

There is a wonderful episode of Alton Brown's Good Eats series (Food Network) called "Where there's smoke, there's fish" which does a great job of explaining how to smoke a fish.

My smoker is an electric Brinkman and makes the job even easier.

    Cheers
