I would like to propse a question to all of my friend here in the rabble. What brought you to wearing the kilt? Whether it be all the time or just for fair and festivals. And any advice to people that are stopping to look at our forum and may not be sure if they can wear the kilt ( under penalty of death by the KILT POLICE )
