    I need help please!!!

I have a dilema that no one can seem to help me with.

My husband to be has purchased a lovely fox fur white sporran for our wedding which will look great. The problem I have is that my dress is a champagne colour and I think that this bright white sporran will make my dress look dirty

I was thinking of soaking it in tea to dull it down a little, does anyone know if this will work or have any better ideas?

I'd be so grateful for any advice

His shirt will be white so the sporran will compliment that for him (an off white sporran probably wouldn't look so nice.

Looking at both of you togteher I very much doubt anyone would think your dress any the less lovely because it didn't match his sporran.

I think trying to dye the sporran might ruin it

Lastly, look at it from his point of view. The golden hues of your dress will make his bright white look bland in comparision
Best wishes on your upcoming nuptials

    Cheers

Agreed. Plus his sporran is less than a square foot in area and does not compare to the visual weight of a full gown. It will do more visually to his outfit than to yours.

It is your day, your getting married, you might as well start telling him what to do right now. If you do not like it tell him not to wear it, or drag it through some mud, spit chewing dip on it. He is marring you and he should learn his " HoneyDoos" immediately!
Just be careful- up until he says I do -He still has control of those things under his kilt.

Perhaps that is because it does not need helping. My advice would be to leave it alone, or else buy him a lovely silver-cantled bobcat sporran as a gift he will cherish forever.

    Regards,
    Rex.

Leave his sporran alone. If you want the sporran to match your dress, why don't you bleach your dress?

I am with rex on this one. (good call rex--never would of thought of this as an opportunity to score a great sporran while still pleasing the wife to be---that "turning lemons into lemonade" kinda thing---sweet idea).

Good gracious me, you will be telling him what tartan to wear next, if you go on like this!------ Leave well alone! All will be fine. Good luck to you both.
