Two new kilts on the way!

I just ordered two new kilts from Jerry last night. A Black Stewart, and USMC.

Unfortunately, they're not for me. My sons picked out the tartans they wanted (surprisingly they picked my two faves) and we did the measuring, and placed the order.

They want to wear them down to my parents house for the 4th holiday, which is fine by me since I'll be kilted, and I'm bringing my brother his x-kilt that I'm making for him as I type this.

Come to think of it, this should be an interesting trip, since my family (except my brother) does not know that I wear kilts. I'll let y'all know how the trip goes.

"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

Sounds like it will be interesting. Do you have a camera? I'm sure the rabble would like to see you all in your kilts.

Which type did you order? Standard? Thrifty? They should be there by now, right?

I do have my camera, and there will be plenty of pictures for everyone to see.

I believe the only youth kilts SWK offers is in the Thrifty line. They're not here yet, Jerry's time machine must be broken.

I think my parents will play it cool, but my cousins and oldest brother will have something to say about it, they always do!
