Shepher's Pie
I made us a nice Shepherd's Pie for dinner. I used a big chunk of leftover roast lamb. Steve pulled it like barbecue, and I layered it between shredded potatoes and onions, then put a bechamel sauce over it and baked it.
I'm spending the day trying to make sense of how to make myself a skirt of Buchanan tartan. Why did my ancestors have to be so difficult as to make an unbalanced (asymmetrical) tartan?
