I will ring in as well.
I purchased a kilt , in November from Scottishkilts.net. I was told, prior to purchase, that the kilt could not be sold for less due to material and workmanship. I made the order, and when it arrived....arggghhh....I ordered a size too small. So, I shipped it back. Since I was not paying 3 times the usual shipping, I had some goodies added to the purchase to make it worth the while.
I asked them to hold the kilt and goodies for a few weeks while I gathered the cash to pay for return shipping. They agreed.
That was about a month ago.
Since then, the price of the same kilt has dropped on the website below what I had paid for it (Strike 1). I mentioned that change when I wrote that I was prepared to pay for the shipping. I did not hear back for some time, which may be due to the holiday season, but irregardless, no response for two weeks (Strike 2).
Finally heard back on Jan. 3rd, and was told my situation was being directed to someone in the office involved in shipping. No response yet....
Like baseball, a strike 3 and they' re out.
