Poly-wool is not the same a poly-viscose1
My experiences are the same as Tartan Hikers. I've made one poly-wool 11 ounce kilt from Fraser and Kirkbrights stuff. I also have made four tartan skirts from their stuff and two of those skirts get worn a lot. The F-H-C.A.G. is kind enough to trot around in one of them and she hasn't been heard complaining about it.
I plan to make another 6-yard kilt in F&K's poly-wool blend in the Lindsay tartan.
finally, I have a poly-wool Holyrood kilt, in fact I have it on right now. I love it during the summer, but I have no idea who makes the material.
