He did offer to send it overnight and to waive the postal charges, and you still weren't happy. His response when you said you still weren't happy may have been a bit rude, but perhaps an understandable kneejerk reaction at what he considered a customer impossible to please. The timescale is not unreasonable for a bespoke kilt, though he should not have promised quick completion if he wasn't in a position to keep his promise. I'd write it off to experience, pay for the kilt without disputing the charges but take your business elsewhere next time. I agree with Rocky, take the high road and let the karma do the rest, you've made your point here and others can make up their own minds. I have never dealt with Scotland Yard but I've been very pleased with the service I received from Rocky and with the kilt I received from him.
