(Speaking of functional clothing appropriate to the environment, has anyone ever heard of seersucker kilt jackets? I used to really like seersucker suits, and was probably one of the last attorneys I knew who wore them. They are so light and comfortable on a hot summer day that it was like walking around naked.)

Target had seersucker suit jackets and trousers this past summer. I actually came close to buying a set on closeout at 75% off (the total would have been about $25 for both) for a Halloween costume. I was going to pair them with a blue dress shirt, a knit squared off tie, tennis shoes, and a bad straw hat and an old Vivitar camera and a big tape recorder.

I decided against it as no one would get it.
