What do you mean by running? Just the emergency hop when you're late for class, or do you plan to race in it? If the latter, put it to the side on your hip, or skip it all together till after the race.
2) I don't see your flashes. You might have them too far back. I think the usual advice here is 10:00 and 2:00.
Now the crucial element.... what tartan is it, and where did you get it? 
I didn't invest in flashes, which is why they can't be seen. When i say running, i mean through a park etc. I've adjusted everything so that my kilt is at the right height, it's a lil big so its tough. sporran chains have been adjusted.
I'm a part of Clan Fraser of Lovat. that is the Fraser Hunting Tartan.
and as for the company it's a sport kilt
