You might want to try www.mmi.ie as they are set up to make buttons, special belt buckles, and other items not shown in their on-line catalogue.

I know there's someone here in the US that makes buttons as well... I had their site bookmarked... may have to look that back up. Hmmm... maybe a USA Kilts button. hahaha
