Congratulations! That is a fine, fine kilt. It looks splendid to my eye. You must not be too critical of your work--I tend to be very critical of my own--you have worked through whatever obstacles or imperfections occurred, and had to make a compromise here or there because some things didn't go exactly the way you wanted--you know all of the "flaws" or compromises that took place, and sometimes that can blind you to the quality of what you have produced.
I assure you that we don't see those flaws that you can't help focus on, our eye reads "Kilt", and nothing less. A well made kilt that fits exactly is what we see.
I predict that you will have many years of kilted enjoyment ahead. Cheers!
