your conversion is going the wrong way

I hold my hands up to my error. I'm used to converting the other way round and I usually mange to get it right as long as I go USD to GBP. GBP to USD causes me some mental confusion

Also, MM is not quite 1/2 the cost of other mills... it's more like 15 - 20% less (depending on tartan as some mills charge more for some tartans).

Now that's interesting. Whilst there is not quite a full 50% difference it is not quite as low as 15-20% for me either. I guess our pricing bands must be different. Many kilt makers over here are now using MM as their standard cloth but the range is a little limited
