Norwegian here. Traditionally, we're not kilt wearers. The vikings probably wore some unbifurcated garments back in their day, but most traditional Norwegian clothing is rather boring these days, worn only on special holidays with the family while listening to prarie home companion. Nowhere near as much fun as wearing a kilt
