R'lyeh Sett arrrived today!

And it is beautiful!

Thank you Artificer so much for going through the trouble to design, and baby sit all the processes required to make this special tartan!

It is incredible to me to get 4 yds of Dalgliesh tartan delived to me for less than $50/yd and did I mention it is BEAUTIFUL!

Now what to do with it! 2 kilts for the pair of wearers or one super kilt and a sash? I guess they will have to fight to death to decide!

Seriously, bro - get snapping with the camera You're more than welcome, btw. We couldn't have done it at this price without everyone's volume.

Thanks for these Jim! They really look fantastic. I'm so relieved. No pressure in selecting colours for 128.5yds (dw) of custom tartan.

I am most taken with the hint of darker colour in the large green plain-looking squares; at first glance nothing is there, but then you realize... something is lurking within!

The really odd bit about that colour is that it's actually an ashy charcoal green, even though it appears almost purple tinted in the sett. Truly, the "Colour Out of Space".

I may have my box pleat done to that stripe, so it appears almost solid green on the back, with the acid green "flash" in the reveal.
