Cool! Robert Downey Jr. is great actor indeed, with a remarkable come-back too, but as for playing Sherlock Holmes, he is definitely no Jeremy Brett - my favourite! However, Downey displays quite an impressive portrayal of the master sleuth, in his own, unique "Downey-kind-of-way," which I admire.
I am looking forward to seeing the movie.

Don't forget that one actor who portrayed Mr. Holmes was a "kiltie" -- Basil Rathbone of the Liverpool Scottish:
