OK, Bargan Hunters.....
OK, while out shopping at the party store for some car decorations for the St.Patrick's Day parade, I saw this;

(sorry about the cellphone pic quality)
So hey, if you're looking for a tartan kilt, and have a $20 budget, look no further!
I hope I don't have to witness too many of these $14.99 wonders at the parade, and if I do, I really hope it's not windy that day!

So what's that made out of? The same plastic that they make tablecloths out of? No cardboard sporrans?

It was some pretty lightweight but slightly stiff cloth, maybe like polyester or a poly-cotton...
