There are three that stand out in my mind.

1. Went into a restaurant where a hostess takes you to your table. One of the lady servers (mid 20's) spotted me and yelled out "your mine!" grabbed a menu and took me to her section.

2. Walked into Walmart late one night. Not too many people there at 10pm. Walked past a little girl with her mother. The girl was probably 7 to 10 years old. She started to follow me. When I stopped in a nearby isle she asked "why are you wearing a skirt?". I told her it was a kilt and tried to explain what that was. Well she did not understand that so she asked me again. I finally said I wear them because I liked them. Well, that was an acceptable answer. As I walked away she said "I don't like to wear skirts because people can see my underwear". If she was a lot older I would have had a comment to that statement but I did not say anything considering her age.

3. Standing in a fast food line an older lady came up to me with a very obvious Scottish accent. She said "your a long way from home" assuming I was from Scotland. I had to disappoint her by telling her I was from here in Dayton, Ohio. I had seen this lady somewhere before. I think she was the one I ran into at a restaurant that spotted me out of the corner of her eye as she was paying her bill. She gave me a big smile told me I had made her day.
