    Thank you all.
My kilt was probably one of the last hand-stitched by Greig Sharp in Glasgow sometime before he passed away; Greig was quite ill at this time and an expert to hide his pain...a very nice and kind man I will never forget!

A belated welcome from a near neighbour. I am a Canadian, from Edmonton (which is where I am at the moment), but in the process of transplanting to Lille. Perhaps a kilt night in Paris is in the cards ...

Hope you will appreciate the capital of the North in France.
In Paris there is a pub called "The Auld Alliance" where scottish or non-scottish but kilted people like to have a wee dram.

Your kilt is a lasting memorial to this great man. That's one of the special features of 'The Kilt' and I bet you wear it with pride. It isn't just another article of clothing.
The Kilt is my delight !
