Strikes me as odd they don't say what material it is made from or what the size is....that always gives me cause for concern when the merchant's attitude is "It'll work, you don't need to know." What's so special about it? They don't say. Hard to know whether or not to buy one without knowing what its made, what size it is, how its supposed to be used, and what the benefit of using it is.
Many just use their lady's old panty hose legs to hold a kilt roll.
I use Order of the Gael hangers to hang my hand sewn wool kilts and my leather kilts. Use big box store plastic hangers with extra clips to hang my Utilikilts and PV kilts. Fold them in quarters when traveling and packing them in a suitcase.

"I'll have a kilt please, a nice hand sewn tartan, 16 ounce Strome. Oh, and a sporran on the side, with a strap please."
