I finally finished my kilt in the Dress Blue Tartan. You may remember that I started this kilt during kilt kamp but was unable to spend much time on in and teach as well.
After evenings spent sewing I am very pleased to present.
The first Kilt made from the Dress Blue Tartan.
I chose to pleat this kilt to the red 'blood stripe'. I wanted to give a look similar to the trousers.
You may also remember that I planned to make this kilt completely by hand stitching. This is, as far as I know, the first fully hand-sewn kilt to include a little extra feature.
