Great Customer Service

My wife wished to post this, but she does not have a login but she insisted that I post this post haste.

With the best of intentions and her heart in completely right place she went through the closet, found USA Kilts logos and then fired up their web site. Unfortunately, she picked a gift that was not a good fit. It sucked some of the joy of Christmas from me, because she was so upset with her mistake and there was little I could do to console her.

Fortunately, Rocky made things right and graciously processed a return for her this morning. He was very cheerful and understanding with her, and today was a day a gruff and ill humored person would have been a disastrous event. Both Kathy and I are grateful to Rocky and he can rest assured he has earned my custom before and will again. I know the customer service was greatly appreciated, and stands as testimony to the good standing of a merchant. Thank You

I also received a kilt for Christmas from USAkilts and had a special one made for my wife. I whole heartily agree that their customer service is the best. I look forward to spending more money with Rocky and USAkilts.

Aye, I agree wholeheartedly here. I had a casual kilt package come in on the Friday before Christmas; and when my sporran turned out defective, Rocky immediately offered to replace the sporran at no cost to me.

That's the mark of stellar customer service. I too look forward to, shall we say, investing in many kilts from USAkilts!

I'm looking forward to ordering my Semi-Trad and PV Kilted Skirt in a few weeks then. Just have to wait for the ol' checking account to become more then a puddle of funds after this past Christmas spending spree.

I do want to extend my thanks again to Rock for the PV sash. My wife loves the look and color. It gave use both a preview of what our kilt/skirt will be made of and how great the Hunter tartan looks. Thanks for the great and speedy shipping too.

I completely agree. Rocky and his crew are wonderful to work with. We have some wonderful connections here at Xmarks. It makes things so much more satisfying.

You can't beat the service with Rocky and his crew. They're all stellar, whether you're calling with a question, making an order, changing the order, or just looking for info. If only all businesses held themselves to the same standard. (I'm an independent business myself, in a different industry, and I try to live up to Rocky's example.)
