Where do people get those wonderful tents? I was going to use a personal mosquito tent it might be 8 by 8. Pretty lame, really.

The tents are from EZ-Up. They set up in minutes and come with their own carrying case with wheels. I found mine at Sam's Club at a relatively low price. The clan organization here doesn't or didn't help with any of the costs, it was all out of pocket. The same with the posters and printing. It's a labor of love.

It will take you some time, but as you do this, you will accumulate more things to put up and soon you will be filling multiple tents..lol.

Do they have Sam's Clubs in Canada?

Thanks for the info. We did have Sam's Clubs but they went out of business.

I think I spelled the tent wrong...it's E-Z Up. Guess I put the hyphen in the wrong place...lol You can find them online everywhere. They are a great sturdy tent and come with walls.

I too host a tent (Clan Ferguson ) and found I had to make the items needed , so that is what I did , I made every thing , Flags I bought one yard of PV tartan and made flags .
I then drew all my signs and banners myself , which turned out nice .
So you may have to just make the needed items , signage but most of all just have fun with it and the other tent host will help you along the way .
Tent hosting is fun , but make sure you become friends with the ones around you so if you need to step away they will watch your tent .
If you dont have a tent then the clan should buy you one no problem.

Yes, the Commisioner of the State of Missouri put that together himself. A lot of the stuff on the wooden boards we made ourself at a cost out of our own pockets.
That flag one looks a lot like the one we have, so I'd say that would be a good one to get.
