A Cornish Hunting kilt

Green I can understand, but I see no green. I see blue, black and white as principal colours with yellow playing a minor part on my screen.
Oh and Red(?) crossing the blue.

I believe there is green between the golden line and the blue. On my screen it looks rather blue too, but if you have a little search on a tartan register you can see that there is green in it.
