A Cornish Hunting kilt

Green I can understand, but I see no green. I see blue, black and white as principal colours with yellow playing a minor part on my screen.
Oh and Red(?) crossing the blue.

I think part of the problem is that the pleating is an unusual one of alternate solid black and white lines, so there is no solid green showing on the pleats. It was done this way so that the black and white was emphasized to keep the St Pirin flag. Here is a photo of the actual tartan flat, as a flat piece, showing all the colours clearly.
