What brand of kilt do you work in?

I take a different tack of designating my older and worn kilts as "the beaters" for the dirty jobs. Note that oil stains come out of washable natural fibers like cotton. Darker colors hide the stains better. I have done hand sanding of wood in my USA Casuals and it has washed out - so far. Wood cutting dust tends to be more jagged and hookish so think tight woven twills and cotton ducks. For all wood dust use the air blowout nozzle to remove most of the dust as any rubbing/brushing just works the dust into the fabric. For wood finishes/stains etc. wear an apron or long lab coat. (Uniform supply houses)

Thought - No reason an old Velcro waist kilt can't be used as a half-apron. Easy on and off and the SKs are a tad long anyway.
