My wife ordered a skirt from them back in the early 80s, and was fitted by Geoffrey himself at one of the games in California. We received a letter questioning the measurements (apparently she did not fit their template). We confirmed the measurements but when the skirt arrived it had been made according to their assumed measurements (it was way too big). We shot a letter off and in turn they requested the skirt back and sent a new one made to the proper measurements. Not sure what happened but they didn't quibble about making it right.
