That is really starting to look great. All the advice about top tension is right on, especially when working with a thick fabric like denim. It drove me nuts when making my first X-kilt and I started adding the belt loops and pocket flaps. The stitching looked terrible until I realized I had to adjust the tension and foot pressure significantly to compensate for the 5-6 layers I was sewing through. From that point on I've always done test runs with the number of layers I'll be tackling before turning the machine loose on my projects.
